Springfield Recorded May 1 – Rep Kelly Cassidy, one of the architects of the deal to legalize recreational use of marijuana in Illinois, sits with Labor Attorney Scott Cruz, at the Business Day annual luncheon. Those business leaders gathered wanted to know if such a policy diminishes their rights of management, and how marijuana use might impact their existing policies of a drug-free workplace, hiring and firing, and whether they face legal risk from the Federal Government.
