Springfield, February 1, 2019. – With another potential shutdown of the Federal government just two weeks away, Congressman Rodney Davis, who represents a large portion of Central Illinois, meets with several Federal employees at the Lincoln Home Historic site, to hear how the recent 35 day shutdown of the Federal government impacted their lives.
Rep Davis shares his idea on a proposed law that would make changes to how Federal employees are paid, so that in the event of a future shutdown, the Federal employees would not lose their entire incomes.
