Collinsville – Former Illinois House member, Dwight Kay, who spent six years in the Illinois House before losing to SIUE Professor Katie Stewart in 2016, is working hard to take back the seat and help the Republicans win one of the more competitive districts in the state.
As he was out walking the district, we caught up with Dwight Kay to get his take on what he thinks are the issues of concern to the voters he’s meeting with as he goes door-to-door. Kay, who retired recently as a top executive with a trucking firm, says he now has the time to work the district harder than he could in the past.
