Springfield — House Speaker Michael Madigan was again voted to another term as Chairman of the Illinois Democratic Party. Following his election, Speaker Madigan spoke with reporters about the November elections, and why he feels Gov Rauner has divided the Illinois Republican party, which he predicts means the Democrats are going to win big in both the statewide offices and in the legislative races.
