Springfield: State Treasurer Mike Frerichs urges Gov Rauner to sign the bill that would require life insurance companies to review their policy holders over the last 17 years, and compare that to the Social Security Master Death list.
The Treasurer is joined by several individuals to tell their story of how they didn’t know a loved one who died, had a life insurance policy in force, that was worth thousands of dollars.
