Lawmakers Participate in the 25th Annual House vs Senate Softball Game

From Springfield:  The tradition of pitting House members against Senators in an annual softball game, continues as the legislators swap their suits for uniforms and take to the field.

We hear from the veterans and the many freshmen members of the legislature, as they trash talk the opposing chamber, and share how such friendly competition helps to building better relations among lawmakers.

Once again, the House members beat the Senate, by a score of 15-7.  Fortunately, this year no one won the “Matt Murphy” personal injury award !
