From Springfield: ABC News Political Analyst, Matthew Dowd, gives a speech at Business Day for the annual meeting of the Illinois Manufacturers and Retail Merchants Associations.
Mr Dowd, who has worked on the campaigns for both Democrats and Republicans, and was an advisor to President George W Bush, discusses his new book, “A New Way” and lays out eight strategies for both political parties, and citizens to consider, to advance the common good.
