Locals from around Illinois share their stories of how this happened to them, when a Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation opened next door with little to no advanced notice. They are joined by Sen Dave Koehler (D) on his bill that would require enhanced regulation of such large-scale animal farms, that opponents say destroy local land values, and can pollute ground water, from the large accumulation of animal feces.
