From the State Capitol [March 1]: Senate President John Cullerton talks with reporters about the lack of Republican support for a series of bills in the “Grand Bargain” legislative package, that he put together with Republican Senate Leader Radogno.
Sen Cullerton says Gov Rauner is failing to lead, by getting his Republican Senators to support this compromise legislation, even though it contains many provisions the Governor asked to be included.
