AFSCME Members Authorize Their Union to Strike State Government After They Fail to Reach Accord with Rauner Administration

From Springfield: After months of a stalemated negotiations on a new contract for state workers, leadership in the American Federation of State County and Municipal Employees union, AFSCME local 31, announce their members voted overwhelmingly to authorize a strike of government services, if needed.
