History & Civic Culture Advisory Members

The story of Illinois Government is older than the state itself.  The territory we now call Illinois has been ruled at times by the French, the Spanish, early Americans, and of course before all of them -- the American Indian tribes.  The members of our History and Civic Culture lend their talents and insights in telling the history of the state, of the major individuals who've left their mark on the state, preserving out historical sights, and in preserving the Civic Values that define American Government.

Advisory Council membership is by invitation only, based upon previous civic and societal accomplishments.  We recognize them here for their service to the Illinois Channel and the state of Illinois.
