State Capitol, February 6, 2019 – State Treasurer Mike Frerichs (D) and new Attorney-General, Kwame Raoul, the first Black to hold the office of Illinois Attorney-General, are joined by Lt Gov Juliana Stratton (D) the first black woman to hold that office, as Black History Month is celebrated under the dome of the State Capitol.
