Mr Prince, who works in Marion, Illinois says those critics of the Trial Bar, are wrong in their claim that Illinois Workers Compensation costs are high due to the Trial Attorneys. We hear who he says is causing Workers Compensation Insurance costs to remain excessive, and why practicing can vary by region.
