NAACP & the Illinois Chiefs of Police on Building Bridges

From the Old State Capitol in Springfield: Following the shooting of Michael Brown and the riots in Ferguson, MO, members of the NAACP and the Illinois Chiefs of Police began holding meetings on how to bridge the distrust that exists between law enforcement and communities of color.

We hear what they say their talks have lead to that might serve as a national model for lowering the tensions between law enforcement and communities of color.
