From the State Capitol: Two Republican lawmakers hold a press conference to make the case that the delays caused on Saturday, in voting on a state budget, are not being caused by Gov Rauner changing his demands.
The two lawmakers say there is frustration on both sides of the aisles, that Speaker Madigan did not plan to take a vote on the state budget bill, as many members had expected would take place on Saturday, July 1.
