Rep Crespo, shares some of the details in the House Democrats spending bill, the revenues and the level of increased taxation on income they propose.
We also hear his thoughts on what the Bond Houses are saying will happen to Illinois’ credit rating if there is no budget passed before Saturday, the start of the new fiscal year. And why Illinois’ credit rating could remain in the gutter for over a year, even IF a budget is passed, AFTER the start of the new fiscal year, that begins on July 1.
