Lt Gov Evelyn Sanguinetti Highlights a Program that Shows Success in Raising High School Graduation Rates

From Rockford — The Lt Governor speaks of a program that has been helpful in increasing high school graduation rates among groups of struggling students.  We hear what is working and what this may mean if these practices were expanded.

In a world that is increasingly using technology to eliminate jobs that are labor intensive, Illinois has approximately 40,000 high school students drop out of school annually. Therefore, future of those students, who fail to complete high school, is increasing going to lead to significant social problems in the future.
