From the House Chamber: We hear the debate on SB-2047, the funding bill that passed on the last day of Fiscal Year 2016. The bill funds k-12 education for one year, and other government services for six months. It also authorizes the release of Federal funds for such spending as Transportation projects, and LIHEAP.
