Transportation Coalition Warns of Impending Funding Disaster if a State Budget is Not Passed before July 1,

From the State Capitol:  Members of the Illinois Transportation Coalition, discuss the severe financial impact that’s about to hit the road construction projects, should a state budget not be passed by July 1.  We hear the details of how Federal and state funds already appropriated, cannot be spent without a budget, and how the entire construction season could be lost, which could drive some road construction businesses, into the  ground.
