Saving Abandoned Babies

Since the passage of the “Save Abandoned Babies” law, some 112 newborn children were dropped off at rescue sites, where the mother can leave a child without any questions being asked. We speak here with Dawn Geras, founder of the “Save Abandoned Babies” Foundation, to hear how the law works, and hear from adoptive mothers who tell how raising a child that was left at a rescue site, has added to the lives of their families.
