From Chicago’s Union League Club, Sen Dick Durbin talks with members of the media about possible lowering of tax rates, while dropping the home mortgage. He also talks about the so called, “Durbin Amendment” which sets limits on what credit card fees — “swipe fees” banks can charge retail outlets when customers pay with a credit or debit card.
